Requesting to have underground facilities marked just got easier! Kentucky 811 offers free online ticket submission with ITIC Lite. ITIC Lite is a software designed specifically for homeowners to make submitting a request for your digging projects quick and easy.

First-time users will need to register for an account. Returning users can log in using their username and password.

Ready to get started?

Don’t forget — you are required to wait at least two full working days to begin digging after you submit a ticket to allow the utilities to provide a positive response to your request. Depending on the size and scope of your project, you may need to wait longer than two full working days.

Working day means every day, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays established by federal or state statute from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time until 12 midnight Eastern Time, excluding the day the locate request was made.
