New Members
New Kentucky 811 members are required to fill out the Kentucky Underground Plant Protection Services, Inc., DBA Kentucky 811, Membership Agreement, and all Membership Forms to complete membership.

When Membership Services receives your completed forms, our team will work with your designated mapping contact(s) to provide them with access to IMAP, our online mapping application. This application allows your mapping contact(s) to create a notification area around your underground facilities. This can be done by manually drawing polygons on the map, or – if you have your facilities mapped out in a GIS program – you can create buffered polygons around your facilities and send them to us in shape file format.
Once the mapping has been processed and installed, your company will be activated online as an official Kentucky 811 member.
